US Family Law Attorneys

One of the most important decisions you will ever make in protecting your children is choosing the right parental alienation attorney to represent you. Please review the detailed instructions below this map to find out how to qualify and find an attorney in your area.

Choosing the right attorney is a crucial step in the process of dealing with an ex-spouse that is employing parental alienation tactics to destroy your relationship with your children!

One of the most important decisions you will ever make in dealing with your ex-spouse and the family law court system is choosing the right attorney to represent you. I went through 3 different legal firms during my custody battle. By the time the litigation was over I had accumulated over $150,000 in attorneys fees and had lost my sons.

In my opinion, my journey through the court system can only be described as a total mockery of justice. It appeared to be nothing more than a sham and pretense of justice, and all of it was supposedly done “in the best interest of the children”. I would have done things very differently if I would have known then what I know now about our legal system. I would like to save you that same pain and heartache. That’s why this site exists.

We are putting a lot of time and effort into finding quality legal professionals for the families that come to our site. Having the proper representation can make all the difference in the outcome of a child custody battle.

Keep in mind that “child custody” isn’t just a title given in a hearing. It will affect how you are allowed to interact with your children for the next decade or two. Even if you win a favorable custody arrangement, you will still need an attorney capable of enforcing the law when necessary, and holding an ex-spouse accountable to any court orders protecting your rights and your children.

How to find a Parental Alienation Attorney in your area:

When you look at the map on the next page you will find a listing of attorneys that have all been pre-screened by our criteria. Each one has filled out an extensive questionnaire about their qualifications, beliefs about shared parenting, commitment to helping you keep their attorney fees down and most importantly, their dedication to fighting to protect you and your children from parental alienation tactics.

Although there are absolutely no guarantees given or implied about the outcome of your case if you choose to have one of these attorneys represent you, make no mistake about it, choosing the best attorney for the job will greatly increase your chances of success regardless of where you find them.

You will see two different designations for each area (city/county):

  1. If we already have an attorney that meets our criteria in your area, you will find all of their contact information on the map (just put your curser over the city/county your case is in).

  2. If no specific information appears, we will ask you to contact us by email for an attorney in your area. We are constantly updating this site with additional attorneys. We may already have a qualified attorney that just hasn’t been listed yet.

In the event that we don’t have an attorney assigned to your area, we will make every effort to find you one that meets our criteria. Any attorney that doesn’t meet our requirements will never be listed on our site. Believe me, we know the right questions to ask and we are not afraid to ask them!

We will also provide you with an attorney interview format. These are highly recommended and effective interview questions to ask your prospective attorney. Knowing the right questions to ask, and starting out with a clear understanding of expectations between you and your attorney is imperative to your goals both in and out of court. Simply send an email request to us to receive a free copy of our interview format.

If you know of an attorney that you would recommend, please contact us (or have them contact us) for consideration to be listed on our site.
